Are seat backs adjustable?

Would like it if my driver's seat could angle back just a bit more when at it's 'upright' driving position. I just had it reupholstered, and it needed some welding repair inside, but now it looks great but seems a bit too 'upright'. Does anyone know if the setback angle is adjustable? I wonder if i can adjust it, or if got screwed up somehow with the welding repair....thanks for any thoughts on this.

Isn't there a lever on the side?

On mine 79 and 80 there is a wheel on the hinge. Turning to one direction will make the back rest to go one way, turning the opposite direction will make to go the other way. So you should have two adjustments on the hinge, on the door side. One is a level and one is round about 3" diam.

The dial is located on the right seat at the bottom
