ill keep it short...i changed the water pump and thermostat....all the hoses...and then for some reason slipped the timing belt off the cam pulley...not thinking of course...jst put it back on...so then not even thinking about timing...i put the radiator on, hoses and had it ready to go....started it up and a small noise...then no compression so to make a long story short i bent the intake and exaust valves and have to replace them all...i ordered them from international auto....great deals...check their site if you havent...and so now on tue i gotta put the valves in with the help of the the mechanic i purchased it from...i hope ill stop messing stuff up when i try to fix....oh and does anyone know what the valve settings are?....help me out folks....you all have so far....

Sorry to hear about the mishap !
The Valve lash/Gap is 19 on the Exhaust and 17 intake remember to time
the Aux Shaft as well as the Cams to be safe GL to you ...
