Have you guys thought about changing servers? Look into iPowerweb.net

The lag and horrible slowness of this site is EXCRUCIATING!!!

It's much faster? Well if that's the case, that's pretty sad.

There was a major improvement in speed and up time when the server changed a while back. But just in the last couple of weeks it seems something is wrong. I've had a lot of trouble this weekend. Also getting some sort of "maximum users limit reached" error.

EXACTLY what I'm getting, REPEATEDLY. Not to mention, when the pages load...you click a forum and wait 20-30 seconds for it to load up. I have an EXTREMELY FAST internet connection that I pay extra for, and I know it's not my end.

Something really needs to be done about this because it's so frickin' AGGRAVATING!!!

I've noticed it here as well. I click and go put the water on for tea. Come back read/post whatever click pour water for tea come back click another thred go pour the cuppa come back read... I'm getting excersize while at the computer.
I thought it was because of the local traffic, but it does not change at 5 am or 10 at night. A bit frustrating at times, but love the forum none-the-less.

Yes it's slow. I have to open two different tabs just to stay awake. Then juggle back and forth. Still, it's like watching a tennis game.

what i read about this hosting company is that they don't have the best uptime nor speeds on there servers.

My only gripe is the double tab/pages. If I go to Fiatspider.com I want to go straight to the forum, not a title page, and then it opens a second tab that I just close right away.

Matt, just save the forum page as your bookmark, that way you pass over the title page.
