Original Speaker Grill

The old speaker grill is old and ugly. I've never taken out my upper console so I don't know what it looks like from behind or how its held into place. The car's a 76, the grill is curved outwards on the left and right sides. Sure looks pretty flimsy. Checking suppliers quickly I don't see any sort of a replacement.

Has anyone tried to deal with this or found a solution or reasonable replacement?

If you remove the radio console you will see there are 4 tabs that poke through and are bent over. I have a good replacement piece if you are interested.
