Does anyone know the total length of the factory seat belts for a '71 with lap belts only? I need to order a new set and I forgot to save the old ones for measurement.

I just replaced mine. I will try and go to the warehouse tonight and messure them.

The buckles on my '70 are probably different than your '71, but here's what I've got:
The short non-adjustable side (attaches outboard): 26" from attach point to attach point, plus 4" extra on each end to double over and sew.
The long adjustable side (attaches inboard): 40" from attach point to the termination at the end, plus 4" on the end attached to the car, to double over and sew.

15' of webbing should be plenty, with about 1.5' left over when you're finished.
