I don't have one yet but this summer I will. Mine is going to be simple. Its going to just say 7T7FIAT. Its so simple I have to think someone out there has done it this way.

Not sure about MN but In Texas you can check the DMV website to see if a vanity plate number is already taken.

Even Transport (our version of the DMV) confused the first two, as they are both fitted to red 1974 Fiat 124s! And I still get some people behind me at the traffic lights scratching their heads over the top ones.

i own one of those 'european' style front plates intended to mimic an Italian plate. it reads: TI 3VOM and when properly displayed on the front bumper sends a message to the slow pokes in front of me.

It's Latin, meaning "a great folly due to an excess of ego".

My "better" half brought home tags for our 78 which read "TH WIFES"................Just make be sure I was clear on everything.

I was thinking of putting my post name on mine. "Azygous" meaning not one of a pair.

It would be nice if my name was VIC (as in Victor) , but the VIC on the plate is for our state of Victoria.
The wife (Jenny) has a plate that often confuses others : JENZKA (Jen's Car). It's been copied by others in our town and we now have JANZKA, DEBZKA and KIDZKA on a 7-seater.

I've been toying with the idea of having "TORINO" printed on a plate, but the $50 might be better spent on parts.

My 81 was "SPIIDER" and my 80 has antique tags and in VA we can't personalize them.

On a similar note, my wife (Jenny) always wanted 867-5309 (like the song) but in VA it is a "prohibited" plate!

When I purchased mine it had a plate FIAT 4 US haven't decided it I wanted to share mine with anyone yet so I didn't keep it. In Ohio we can check on line and I found FIAT FUN available bt haven't pushed the button yet. At least not that one.

in '88 I had a '75 spider, with "M2SXY".
that was before the sensors took over.

I have a buddy who is pretty much the fastest guy on two wheels around here, who drives a 1200HP twin-turbo'd C6 'vette, with the plate "UL-LOSE";

And his wife's pickup says "I'LL WIN".

My 1979 Spider has a personalized licence plate that was given to me by my children for my birthday a couple of year ago.
DOMSPYDER- I love it because if I ever upgrade to a Maserati, Porsche or even Ferrari, they all have spyder models!!!
