Need help Please. Will not start.

You guys have help me alot and I have come far but I am stuck. I am getting gas, pulse, and spark but my car won't start. I have a new temp sensor and it is getting the correct reading at ecu plug. My compression is 85 across the board and My rotor is set at # 4 contact at top dead center. My cam was off 3 teeth on one side and on or two on the other( see attatched pic) and I reset that and nothing. At one point I got it running at an idle like it was running on two cylinders and if I feathered the gas slowly it would go to about 2500 rpms before shutting off. If I just pressed on the gas it died. Now I am getting nothing. won't even act like it wants to start. Makes no sense to me and I am stuck. I'm ready to find a mechanic at this point but am stubborn and don't wanna give up. HELP. Please.Image

well you need to align those holes back on the pointers. my guess would be that the lower cam belt sprocket is worn down. Mine was worn down severely when i checked mine. Also my pointers don't exactly align with the holes either.

With my crankshaft at this timing mark

My cam pointers are in this position

This is the reason you NEED adjustable cam wheels. I get "popping" and I don't like it.
I had indexed the cams and this is NOT where I want my cams aligned.

85 lbs compression is not enough, you have something wrong, cam timing comes to mind.

it sure looks like the exhaust cam is a tooth off and right 85lbs compression is way too low. Is this a rebuilt engine that hasn't been run before?
Since it seems to run on two cylinders have you verified the firing order of 1-3-4-2 in a clockwise rotation?
How much fuel pressure do you have?
