Veglia Borletti Clock

Post by fiatfan »

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me, I purchased this clock for a VW a while ago but it won't look right so I am selling it again. Can anyone give me more info on it? what year and which vehicle it came from.

Many Thanks

It is the standard clock that came in all the later Spiders.I have a 76 and a 82 and they both have that clock.Probably standard in Alfa too,i'm guessing.

Maybe a very early version, late 60's or early 70's. All the spider clocks I've seen have a white plastic housing.

FYI most Italian cars of the same era shared similar parts like gauges. I sat in a Pantera last weekend. The same Veglia gauges, door striker lock mechanism, door jamb light switches, and window winders as my fiat spider.
