Fender liners

Can anyone that has fender liners on their car show pics how they look and how they fit? I would really appreciate it. I'm thinking of making some. I need to know where they would connect and what they would cover. :P

why? i mean, why add them? i believe IAP sells them, not that i'd ever put mine back on.

i am pulling wheels off the parts car tomorrow. i will take some pictures then, unless someone has some sitting on the hard drive somewhere.

I have a set on my 80.. BUT like Mike alluded to,not going to happen with the 72. I believe they give added protection from wet and if winter, salty roads, but I try to drive mine when the roads are dry and if I hit a shower,no big deal.
I'd guess if you plan on a good undercoat there, especially right behind the tire, you should'nt have any issues. I'd save the loot and buy a couple of tires for the car, about the same price.

Thanks for the replies guys.
I just thought they would be good in case you got caught in the rain. I don't plan on driving mine in any adverse conditions either. If you don't think they''re worth it . I don't need them.

unless your fender is open to the "speaker wells" i would advise that they aren't worth the effort.

My fender is open to the area of the speakers. I guess I do need pics. I would appreciate some. It would be nice to get some of the headlight area also. Thanks :P

I was sure glad I had them on my way to Oregon 09, when we drove thru 15 miles of fresh asphalt. Too bad they couldn't help the rockers or rear panels. :x

Oregon was sure in on the federal stimulus money. I never saw so much road work being done!
