Ok, Wise Guru's of Fiat...
I have a lot of ugly, frayed hoses-n-things under my hood. Keep reading about age deteriorating the stucture, and... did I mention ugly?
Was thinking about sourcing some replacements. Is there an easy-to-find list of what sizes to search for (inside diameter I assume?) for rad hoses, etc?

Hoses and gaslines, oh my...
Due to recent budget cuts and the rising cost of electricity, gas, and oil, we have decided to turn off the light at the end of the tunnel. We apologize for any inconvenience.

have you been introduced to our plethora of catalogue suppliers? rad hoses are a stock item for nearly all of these folks.
in no particular order, and with the note that i will miss several:
http://www.vickauto.com
http://www.international-auto.com
http://www.midwest124.com
http://www.fiatparts.com
http://www.fiatplus.com
does anyone have a link for the new Midwest-Bayless yet?
i know first hand that the cotton braided brake hose is sold by the foot at Vick Auto. and i've heard that volkswagon parts suppliers also sell this hose.
fuel line replacements are in stock sizes, obtainable by the foot at your local parts stores. ditto for vacuum line hoses.

"your favorite source is the junk yard." You are exactly right....the fiat junkyard that is accumulating in my side yard.
