I like my noah from IAP. Car is stored in an unheated garage over the winter with a couple of moustraps on the floor just in case. I just have to remember to check the things.

i like to recommend california car covers. they have a wide range to choose from, and carry the Noah.
IMO, you need to consider more than inside/outside for storage. what is your humidity level during storage periods? will there be kids or clutter around the car? Do you really need all that protection, or just something general that you could get at the local parts store?
