Fiat Dino Spider conversion

Besides the listing being awful, what do you think of the car? I have never run across a coupe conversion. Looks kind of odd to me as the Bertone coupe looks quite different from the Pininfarina spider. It would be a terrible investment, but the current price reflects that. I have no interest at all in buying the car, but thought it was interesting nonetheless. It's hard to believe someone would have gone through the effort and expense to convert a coupe to a spider, but it looks relatively well done. Perhaps some of you Toronto-area guys know this car and its history?
