I painted my grill(s) using "chrome" spay paint.

Obviously I'd like to get it chromed proper.
Has anyone done this?

It looks good like that. I've checked on getting plastic chromed since my left taillamp is in terrible shape. It's pretty expensive. If you're interested, I can dig up my notes and give you the name of the shop.

Looks OK to me. Actual chrome might look a bit overpowering.

How is the spray can chrome holding up?

Which brand did you use? Dupli-color?

I need to do some chrome repair and would like the cheap alternative.

The paint is very durable, though looks like just plain silver.

It is "Dupli-Color" chrome.
