Peep Mirrors-?
Peep Mirrors-?
Has anyone tried to fit peep mirrors to the spider? I was thinking about using these ones. I was wondering if they would work. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... OTORS:1123

I think that style is designed to clamp onto the drip rail, (that we don't have). Not to say that you couldn't make it work, but another style might be easier.

Re: Peep Mirrors-?
A local hot rod shop has a similar product that is made to attached to quarter glass frames. That would have the small mirror close enough to the driver that the field of vision may be reasonable.
I think it is a great look as i have seen it on some older British cars. I have a set of 83 doors that are clean with no mirror holes I am saving for a similar experiment (unless I succumb the alure of Abarth rally type mirrors).
Please post pics if you proceed.
Cheers,
