Did the original seatbelts come in Black? Thx

Most seat belts followed the interior color of the car. Black interior = black belts, tan interior = tan belts maroon interior = maroon belts. However there are exceptions caramel interior = black belts I don't know about blue or brown interior.
You know what they say "Black goes with everything" I got a good set of black belts. I think they are only lap belts and do not go over the shoulder.

My fiat came with black seat belts and beige interior. Was purchased new in Germany by my parents.
