bezel on center of dash

Hello,how do you remove the center bezel on the dash. I want to replace the wood with aluminum (abarth look).Is it just snapped in? Is it screwed in from back of dash,If so do I need to pull dash ? Thanks

Its held in by the round chrome collars that unscrew around the dash light dimmer knob and the speed control knob of the wipers. Those are the two black round knobs on that panel.
