Accelorator pump

Post by racydave »

Made the time to open up my 36 ADL Webber carb this last weekend. The primary adjustment would only smoothe out when the screw was fully seated, and the exhaust smelled bad. Ralph sent me some extra carb parts and gaskets thanks! I found some dirt in the float bowl. And the accelorator pump diaphram was old and very stiff. I cleaned her up, shot choke cleaner every which way, and replaced the acc pump diaphram, needle and seat, and top gasket. Now its very responsive, smells almost normal, and is goin to get me a speeding ticket! Im pumped! 8)

ADL carbs are such nice carbs on 124s. Too bad they are so hard to find.
