Steering a bit sticky

When I make a right turn, half way into the turn, there is a sticking point. When I give it gas to get out of the turn, the wheel should turn back but I have to manually bring it to it's center. Does this make any sense? I'm thinking it might be my steering box......

I'll bet the clamp on the tie rod end is hitting the lower control arm shaft. Loosen the inner clamp and rotate it away from the control arm
