Hey guys,
Luis from Cincinnti Ohio.Need some help.The hose between the auxillry air regulator and cold start valve is collapsing when engine running (on my 81). Any idea what's wrong?

the hoses from the aux air regulator hook up to each side of the throttle body

Yes, but who's on first?
When your aar is open it is allowing a small amount of air to bypass the metered air going into the intake plenum. The suction is coming from the intake of the engine. There shouldn't be enough suction to collapse the hose. You just need to replace a soft hose.
