Hey all,
Does anyone have or know where I can get 34 ADF diagrams, documents or setup instructions ? I am in the process of installing it and not sure what one of the fittings goes to. Specifically the one that is one the front of the carb on the cam box side. Also while I'm at it I'll go ahead and ask if anyone has hooked up there charcoal canister to a 34 adf. If so, whats the procedure ? If not, what do I do with the hose that goes from the base of the canister back to the tank ? Can or should this be plugged ? As many have stated on other threads to get in inspected the car must look as though nothing is missing even though emission are not tested due to age.

Re: 34 ADF Help Wanted
The Wever 34 ADF is very similar to the 32 ADFA that was stock on 1800's from 76 to 78 The only differences are the venturies are 2mm bigger, bigger jets, and slightly less emissions stuff. However, I believe they share the same rebuild kit. I think the port you are refering to is the fast idle diaphram, but a picture of the carb with a reference or arrow will help a lot.
On the driver's side near the base of the carb should be two smaller diameter ports. The smaller one above the throttle plate is ported vacume and goes to the distributor vac advance hose. The other one that is slightly larger below the throttle plate on the base of the carb will be the vacume source for the charcoal canister.
Send me an email and I can give you diagrams and a workbook for the 32 ADFA, all the basic things should be the same, but I can't say for sure if all the "on the bench" adjustments and specifications would be accurate.
