I've got one that came with my 71 Spider. It's a bit cumbersome to remove without help and mine is ready for new weatherstrip, but there are a few things I like about the top. First, you just fold the soft top down instead of completely removing it. It makes the ride a lot quieter and there's plenty of head room. The only thing I don't like is the way it attaches to the car seems a bit shadetree. It may not be like this on the newer tops, but mine uses threaded rod bent into a u shape with several washers and nuts to secure it. Heck, I may have lost all the pieces on mine since I thought it was a previous owner's mickey mouse way of attaching the top.

Brady, the shipping will kill you! Maybe you could find one and arrange pick-up at the Freak-out?

I actually have 2 of those...One is painted and the other is covered in black vinyl. I also saw one on craigslist in the south jersey area the other day. Does anyone know where to get the weatherstrips for these? My base gasket is kinda torn up and the side rail gaskets are peeling a bit.
