Lancia HPE Engine - Anything Useful?

Local fellow has this engine and other components from the HPE for sale for a few bucks. I understand the engine is essentially the Fiat 1800, but with different motor mounts and a few other changes, including hemispherical chambers in the heads, resulting in more hp. Does anyone know if anything from this engine would be useful on a Spider 1800 or 2000. Could the head be swapped over and provide a hp gain, for example? Thanks.

The head isn't any better or worst then the Spider 1800 head ! they are the same who told you
they were different ?
If you changed the oil pan and oil pump plus the motor mounts the engine would work in a spider
if that helps .
