Seat belt sticks

Hello,

I have a 1980 2000 and the drivers side seat belt will not pull out. I removed the unit and fond that the locking mechanism initiates with just the slightest pull on the belt. I used a screw driver to hold the locking mechanism open and pulled the belt all the way out, cleaned up a little and sprayed the guts with wd-40. Issue remains. It doesn't appear that the assembly can be taken apart for repair? Any advice? Anyone have a good deal on a tan driver's side belt assy?
