Ripped off the carb boat anchor and brick of a manifold on my 79 and installed as single plan intake and 32 adfa.
HUGE increase in acceleration until I get to about 50 mph then flattens out a bit. Increases in speed after that but slowly. Won't pull hills as well as the old 28/32 adha as well.
After reading up on it I'm guessing Air Correction Jets?
Any thoughts?

Did you check what jets are in it?
Likely it's starving for fuel at top end WOT. Either jets or low fuel pressure when in demand.
Try to assess WOT power vs RPM in low gear. If it pulls strong thru 1st gear all the way to redline but fails to pick up speed at 50+ on the HWY then fuel pressure would seem like the culprit. If it does not pull strong to redline in 1st then jetting.
