Head removal 1976 CS1 1800

Hi

I have a 1976 Spider and need to remove the head to get it to an engineering company to recondition a leaky exhaust valve.

I have never done this before and the workshop manual I have is very light on instructions.

Would any body be able to point me in the direction of some clear, detailed instructions or have any other advice?

I'd be happy to offer advice, although it's probably easier over the phone. Send me a private message if you're interested. The process is fairly easy assuming no frozen bolts or the like.
