Looking to replace my tattered and slow moving seat belts. Looking for some insight on how to remove rear parcel shelf in my 83 pininfarina spider. Is it secured with screws and clips?

"Seat" portion can just be pulled up on the front and out to remove. Back is held in by 2 screws at the bottom and 2 tabs into clips on the body at the top. Remove screws and pull up to remove.
