Hi from Melbourne, Australia

Post by tromeo164 »

My name is Tony and I have a 1981 FIAT spider.

It was is an abandoned car that my son bought over 15 years ago. It had been sitting under a tree collecting water! My son then started uni, work and a family so the car was left in my "care". As I recently stopped working I now have some time to try and rescue her from the scrap heap.

Looking forward to being an active member of the FIATSpider forum.

Welcome, Tony. Plenty of experience (good and bad) on this forum, so ask away with any questions.

Hi
and welcome! This is the right forum to get your car on the road again!

btw: Australia has various Spider on the road: The worldwide Spider Register lists more than 240 cars (incl. >80 cars in Victoria):

Would be great to get your car listed too!

A picture before (and later after) would be great too. We all want to see your work on the car.

Bye, Ralf

Hello Tony and welcome!

Been to Australia but not to Melbourne.

Uni? Let me guess; uni(form) - mandatory national military service? Or university studies?
