Safety certificates in Ontario Canada

I am now retired and need to downsize, so have to sell my 81 Fiat Spider 2000. A previous owner removed the centre console panel and put in a dark wood panel with just three things in it: an oil gauge, the instrument cluster brightness knob, and the wiper speed knob. So, no brake or seat belt warning lights. It passed a safety when PO bought it and when I did, but understand rules have changed.

The car runs great, body in good shape, but I am concerned it might fail because it doesn't have a brake on warning light. Also, wipers work fine, slow and slightly less slow ( I replaced the motor when I bought it 8 or 9 years ago). But I notice the intermittent no longer works. I never drive it in the rain, so don't know when that stopped working. I feel it is safe so long as they work on and off.

Anybody know of these issues will fail an Ontario safety check? I'd like to sell it certified.

You don't have to add feature to a car if they weren't to begin with. (like should harness or warning lights) Don't take it to Canadian Tire though.

The problem the guy has is the warning lights were on the car when new. I would take it for inspection and see if it passes, if not the warning lights will have to be installed (I suspect the original wiring is in place).
