Restoring a 1972 Fiat Sport Spider 850... well, not fully restoring, but getting it road worthy.
There are corrugated hoses that should drain rain water from around the bonnet hood, located at the front of the compartment. mine are broken and need to be replaced, but I don't know what to call them and haven't seen them available on parts websites, likely because I don't know what to search for.
Does anyone know what they are called, and where to get them?
Also, looking for suggestions on seatbelts. The car doesn't have them and I need to install some.

If they're just corrugated plastic hoses you may find them or something close enough of the same diameter in the plumbing section of your local home center store where all the miscellaneous spools of bulk hose are displayed or West Marine type store. It might be labeled as bilge pump hose, bilge hose, multi-flex hose, drain hose, discharge hose or something else. Just order the diameter and length that fits the need.
Many find SeatBelt Planet a good source for seat belt materials for adding them to cars that did not originally have them.

Alfa GTV's and Spiders use these hoses for exactly the same thing. Centerline Alfa Parts should have them

Out of stock and looks like marine corrugated bilge/scupper drain hose available in various diameters and sold by the foot at most any local marine store with the added plus that it will likely cost a bit less.stpher wrote:Alfa GTV's and Spiders use these hoses for exactly the same thing. Remember that West Marine will match the best internet prices at the store too so they can be the cheapest place of all with the added plus that if its carried in the store there is no wait or shipping charges.JohnHSpider wrote:Thanks everybody! Seatbelt planet works very nice. Just replaced both front belts on my 83 Spider. Be aware, they have different length anchor cables...had to return the first set they sent me to get shorter ones to be closer to original length.
