Low Compression in 3 out of 4 Cylinders

1974 Spider has low compression in 3 out of 4 Cylinders. Please provide any tips and suggestions to troubleshoot. Thanks!

Two possible causes are a blown head gasket and bent valves. I suspect with three cylinders low it's less likely to be bent valves.

For either of these problems pulling the head is the next step.
