I’m about to purchase new glass for the doors / vents. Is there any write ups or advice out there before I dive into it. Anything I should replace while I’m at (accident prone parts?)

I have pulled the panels, door handles and chrome trim (off to paint)...

Well, if you have any indication the window regulators are in anything other than good condition, this would be an excellent opportunity to replace them as well. It's a good idea to check the rubber in these areas as well.
