Hi,
I've got a 1975 Fiat 124 Spider 1800 project I'm working on (lots of rust, everything's in terrible condition except the engine - it was stored outside with no top, just a fun project for me). When I bought this car it was running (I drove it about 50 miles before stripping the interior, all the paint, and now I'm welding new metal in place of rust), but a lot of the buttons weren't working, and as such I'm not totally sure what they're all supposed to do.
So, I know the right side stock on the steering wheel column does wipers and wiper fluid, I know one of the two stocks on the left side is turn signals, but what's the third stock for?
Additionally my top center switch-and-light-panel has four lights, 2 knobs, and a hole at the top. I don't know what belongs in the hole. I know the left knob is for windsheild wiper speed, but what's the right knob for? Also, what goes in the hole (which is located in the middle, above all 4 lights). If it helps, my four lights are (from left to right, top down): brake failure, hazatds, fasten seat belts, EGR.
Also, where's the hazard lights switch supposed to go? Lastly, whats the "lights switch" for to the left of the gauge cluster? (lights, obviously, but which ones?)
I've searched around, but I couldn't find anyone asking the same question. Hope it wasn't just bad searching on my part.
Thanks.

The third stalk is for your high/low beams.
The hole holds a rheostat that adjusts the intensity of your ideograms. The second knob adjusts the intensity of your dash lights.
Hazard switch goes on the lower console to the right of the cigarette lighter.
The light switch on the left controls your headlights/tailights/parking lights. It should have three positions.
I don't have a '75 owners manual, but I have a .pdf of a '76 which I think is largely the same. If you want it PM me your email address and I'll send it to you. It has a layout of the dash and all the controls and indicators.
