Anyone know how to remove the two round head fasteners with the metal clips below the two hex head bolts on the steering column mounting? They appear to have a hex head on the inside but will not budge.
I was taking out the instrument cluster following the service manual instructions to "remove the 4 bolts" (HA!) and finally gave up and just removed the steering wheel and shroud to gain access to the plugs and such.
