So Ive owned my 1984 for 6 years now. When originally bought from automotive dealer they had provided me with a passed emission slip and reg. Two years later I had it done at a local shop and it barely passed. Now this year went to smog shop and it failed for high NO reading. Max is 1192(ppm) I got 1972(ppm). Not sure were to start, Catalytic Converter etc. I have over 120k miles. Any suggestions welcome. By the way standard electronic ignition, air intake , aluminum radiator.
