Has anybody used the remanufactured rocker panels from Midwest Bayless?

I have used the rocker panels from Vick auto that look very similar to these. I was not very impressed, I guess because I expected them to be bolt on. Quite a bit of fabrication and fiddling was required to install on my '79.
