Do they exist? I have searched and while I can find the information explaining the data plates on the car, I can not find anything to suggest there is a record somewhere of how each VIN number was configured when built. For example interior color, top color, engine number and any options like ac or power windows.

Has anyone been able to get that sort of information? If so from where? Does Fiat have those records? do I need to learn Italian?

If there were records, they never made it out to the public. It would make life a lot easier.
