Choke housing screw

I have a Chinese 34 ADF with some problems, including these stripped screws. Can anyone please tell me the exact part number for the three screws which attach the "water part" of choke to the rest of the choke? I've circled them below.



Here are my crude measurements. I'm not great at taking precise measurements, and there could be lots of screws which are very close, but not quite.... (M4? M3.5?)
Length - ~10 mm
Thread outer diameter ~3.8 mm
Thread spacing - ~0.7 mm

I looked at McMaster-Carr (my preferred source for hardware; their warehouse is 15 minutes from my office) but could not find any hex-head screws with slots that looked right.
