Hey Everyone,
I decide that I need to pull both the engine and transmission after reading all the great input on this site. I have a few leaks I want to explore a little better.
But I am stuck. I am trying to figure how to separate the transmission from the drive shaft at the doughnut. I can't seem to get a 19mm socket or wrench to fit on the engine side to keep the bolts/nuts from spinning. I have the car in neutral and 1 back wheel off the ground so the drive shaft will turn-I can't see how to accomplish this. Can you remove the transmission mount from the body and transmission-It is what is getting in the way of a wrench to hold the bolts/nuts. Thanks for any help you guys can give-I could not find this specific topic on the site even though it might be here.
Thanks,
David
