fuel line hook up from electric pump to dual carbs
Hi all. I bought a 76 Spider that I am trying to get going. It has an electronic fuel pump in the trunk. I have installed dual IDF carbs on the car. I am trying to figure out how everything hooks up to the carbs. I noticed a that there is a rubber hose in the trunk that has a plug in it. The other hoses seem to be hooked up from gas tank into pump and back out to engine. What is this little hose with the plug in it for ? And I noticed that when the ignition is on,the fuel pump makes kind of a constant clicking sound. Is this normal ? If anyone has any pictures of their set up both in the trunk and at the carbs it would greatly help me out. Thanks in advance !

Likely the plugged one is a vent line. Yes, clicking from the pump is normal.
