Engine Bearings

So, I am pricing everywhere for parts for my engine rebuild.

Bayless tells me that "no cam bearings exist". For other parts they said things like "no longer available". So, do they mean they're no longer available, or they don't exist? Can anyone clarify possibly? And if no longer available, what do people do when replacing their cams or doing a head job?

the Fiat TC doesn't use cam bearings. If the cam housings are worn due to lack of lubrication, replace them.
