Has anyone tried to repair the out of round pin holes or bush them?
Mine are ovalish they range internally from 10mm - 10.9mm. Seems the metal that the pins are made from is harder then the metal for the hinges + no grease
Too much slack in the drivers door side

Door hinge pin rehab. Both side top hinges were oval. re-bushed them. both bottom hinges on each side were ok ?
