I've got a 77 that's got a big bump hood from a 79+. The po did a terrible job welding on the old hairpin hood prop to the hood. Since my hood has the hole to bolt on the 79+ style hood prop I'm considering converting it over. Has anyone done this? Any issues I need to know of? Any modifications need to be done? I can find a 79+ prop unit on ebay so that's not an issue.
