What spark plug should I use?

I have a '75 Spider with an 1800 (std), high compression(10:1), street cams, big valves, duel 40 IDF, headers and 2-1/4 exhaust with a MSD. What would be the best plug to use?

I've got basically the same bits in a 2 litre, I've always run NGK BP6ES.

'82 2litre 131, rally cams, IDFs & headers.
