Fiat dies when I hit a bump!

My 81 Turbo spider bogs down and dies when I hit a bump or rough road.
I have changed the fuel filter and checked the connections to the fuel pump.
Help!

Loose wire someplace. You might park somewhere where you can let the car idle and start wiggling wires until you can hear a change in rpm.

have you changed the battery lately?
i had a similar problem
it was the battery connections
so check there first

give each wire a good tug
if it comes off thats it

Ok my .25 worth... have a peek under the dist. cap as well. Wires in there get brittle and will give grief if frayed and car will stop if broken..
I had same issue once with poor battery connections as well.

Connector between the ignition switch and the harness. Mine was lose and had similar symptoms.
