I have a Pertronix mr-sl1 that I got from AR and I'm have trouble getting it hooked up.
I pulled both points off. Installed the ignitor on the bracket as shown in instructions. Then installed bracket/ignitor per instructions.
I have 2 wires that went to the dizzy... A solid green that come on by the key and a green/black.
The coil has a blue/black(?) to the positive and a brown and a black that goes to a resistor of some kind. (Autovo CD12) opiated of the positive. I get 4.8 ohms on the coil.
Should I hook the red wire to the 12v key? Or right to positive side coil. Where do I connect the black? And do I need to hook the green wire and green and black up some where.
