What hose is this?

My 81 Fiat suddenly began running rich. When I looked at the under carriage in front of the fuel tank I found this hose that appears to have broken off. Can you tell me what it is please? https://www.filesanywhere.com/FS/M.aspx ... a2aeadb1a6

from bottom of charcoal canister maybe?

It's part of the overall system for managing gas fumes. You need to find the diagram for the whole system and you can track it down. I don't have it with me right now, but I'm pretty sure you can find it on the forum or in the factory shop manual.

Thank you everyone. I believe it is the fuel vent hose, as it is a greenish, probably used to be clear hose. Does that make sense?
