Dead simple.. Just remember glass doesn't bend. I learned the hard way and broke the first one.. Hot tip, use grease and grease up the rubber seal before you attempt to slide the glass and rubber into the frame. It made a huge difference and you can wipe off the excess after its installed.. Thanks! Yeah I dreamt up the idea over 15 years ago! Quickly built one car as a test bed and then mothballed it and bought another better more rust free car.. And built it from the bottom up. ..doing it as right as I can.. Next project is the exhaust, I'm running 2 ½" dual exhaust straight out the back..
