OEM Exhaust Manifold

Would there be a noticeable performance difference in getting the OEM exhaust manifold ceramic coated inside and out?

There's no noticeable difference in mine, done by NitroPlate in Nashville, TN. But it sure looks better, years later, and I suspect (hope?) it lengthens the life of the distributor. I went with their "cast iron" look, a dull grey that mimics a new manifold in appearance.
