Jim sent my favorite cookies!!!

Post by Ramzi »

Today Csaba and I opened a box from our good friend in Or - Jim Mackenzie. Expecting a return of some sort, I was floored when I opened the box to find homemade chocolate chip cookies!!!

Wow... for someone to take time out of their day to that for us.... Im speechless. I hope I remember to pay it forward.

Thank you Jim!

Very cool...maybe an Oregon thing as I make choc chip cookies for the girls on my daughters high school soccer team (we live in Oregon too), and send to my daughter at UChicago as well...her roommates asked her what was the secret as they were the best they had ever had!! The secret is sea salt

if anyone wants to pay it forward here is what I consider the very best recipe (not just because it is in the name) I use half semi sweet and half dark chocolate chips
