Rear Spring Upper Perches

Do the rear springs rotate on their upper perches when compressed like the front springs do? I cant get the upper spring metal boss and rubber gasket off the body much less get it to rotate. If they stay put, I will move on to more pressing needs (like replacing trailing arm bushings).

Yes, they can be pried off, and then reinstalled in any position you like.
